Canadian Pep Labs currently ships within Canada only. Orders are processed from Ontario after payment has been confirmed.

Shipping

Shipping rates may be set as a flat Canada-wide rate during launch. Live Canada Post rates may be added later once our Canada Post business account and package dimensions are configured.

Returns

Because products are intended for laboratory research use only, returns may be limited once an order has been packed, shipped, opened, or otherwise left our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the package and contents for review.
